        Lovely pub. Had never been in before, but came in for a family meal last week, staff were very welcoming and the food was absolutely exceptional, highly recommended

        Return visit to Greyfriar and very disappointing. On our previous visit in 2019 the menu was very tasty pub food. Now the menu is bland, restricted in choice and much of a muchness. Will not visit again. The brightest spark was the waiter/server/barman/jackofalltrades. In spite of being run ragged he was friendly, helpful and the smile never left his face.
