Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Total professionalism with a friendly approach. At no time were we made to feel distraught at talking about what we wanted, about our memories of Dad, given loads of time to discuss the little details, Eileen offering her advice for stuff we hadn't considered. Eileen made us feel relaxed, she ran the funeral so well, being on hand to direct the order of the service, prepared the Crematorium for our guests in wheelchairs making sure they felt included, it's the little touches Eileen does so well. The professionalism from Eileen afterwards too goes a long way, emails and phone calls making sure we were all OK, sending the words /service said so we could reflect later. When the time comes in the future will be using Eileen as celebrant for Mum. Highly recommended, excellent, professional, friendly, just what you want in such a horrid time

Neither I or my sons had previously had to arrange a funeral. We had a rough idea of what we wanted the non religious service to contain. Firstly not using the name funeral, but tribute for my wife. We were introduced to Eileen and looked to her for advice as to how things worked on the day. Firstly after introductions she listened to our ideas. She took these and helped us develop them into a credible plan for the tribute. We developed the words we wanted to say and gave these together with music and photos for Eileen to put together and fit into the time allowed. We had no doubts it would all work very well. And work well it did, almost like military precision. As a family we were very grateful to Eileen for guiding us through this difficult time and allowing us to remember it with pride. The family and friends who joined us all commented how the tribute had gone and how Eileen had cemented it into a lasting memory.

This amazing lady took all the stress away from me when I was organising a long distance funeral. On the day of the funeral she was so respectful towards us and particularly my late Auntie. I couldn't believe she hadn't met her! It was such a wonderful send off. Thank you Eileen
