        A poor customer experience. The better public chargers allow for contactless payment - tap debit card, plug in, charge then unplug. This geniepoint needs you to download their app, register (with email verification) giving up all your personal data and credit card details before you even start trying to locate the unit / initiate a charge - just painful. I'd suggest avoiding if you can so Geniepoint get the message and simplify their approach.
