I went to have a look at this studio a couple of weeks ago and was really disappointed with how scruffy it looks on the outside. First impressions do count. The gravel area has weeds, there is paint peeling off walls. Not sure I would want a wedding reception here while it looks like this. Thought the Joneses name would have made a difference.

Went to my Daughter in Laws 32nd Birthday party here last night. I also hired the venue myself back in 2015, for my wifes 50th Birthday Party. This is a lovely venue and lends itself very well for celebrating your special event. There is a well stocked bar, which serves a selection of bottled beers, cider, spirits, wines and cocktails. The prices of the drinks are a little high, but if you hit or exceed the minimum sales target that the bar needs to make, then the cost of hiring the hall is free. The bar staff were very friendly and attentive. They even clean up at the end of the evening. I would definitely recommend using The Jones Studio, as it is a beautiful venue, with lots of character. The only negative comment I have is that there are only 2 toilets, so there can be a queue at times. Also parking is a little restricted.
