        Alton branch not delivering, charging extra on items already fully paid for and when we went to pick up our own post weve had open envelopes and missing items

        The man inside seemed nice enough, but that was ruined by the woman with an awful attitude who chose to skip over what I said and put words in my mouth. I decided due to the poor opening hours to start my day by popping in and picking up a package from last week. The woman in question decided to take an opportunity to ruin their customers day before it had even begun. If there was a competitor for me to use instead of royal mail I would. Unfortunately it's out of my control. SORT OUT YOUR OPENING HOURS
