Completely understand all your reviews regarding FedEx/TNT. They are completely useless and unprofessional as they keep sending me an invoice that was already paid and doubling the amount to pay on another. It shows the level of customer service they have, including finance/accounts department.

Second time I was told by the Tracking that my parcel from China was out for delivery and didn't arrive. I live 10miles from the Alton depot. It doesn't take all day for a parcel to get here. More like your driver finished early and didn't deliver all his load!!

As others have already said, TNT drivers just straight up lie about attempted deliveries. I would be willing to personally go to a parking lot, pick up my parcel from the van and carry it to my flat, if it's too hard for them, but I cannot since there's no way of reaching the driver. Their 'app' is completely useless and doesn't offer any functionality other than simple tracking. Can't really blame the call-center Lady I was speaking to, as she was trying her best, but they cannot do anything either. In other words, TNT drivers can do whatever they want, and there's nothing and no one to control them. So while DPD can give you a timeslot, an option to leave a note for a driver and even GPS to see where the van is, with TNT you're at the mercy of people who clearly don't care.

Delivery of perishable goods now 48 hours late from Alton FedEx. Persistently given false information about delivery. FedEx is the only delivery company we ever get problems with, now 2 years in a row. The package will not be accepted.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address an error by the shipper, tried to get hold of fed ex on the day to correct the error & get it delivered to me, could not get to speak to anyone just round in circles on an automated line. Could have told the van man so he could have popped back and collected it. Or at least told me the address so I could have collected it. Not user friendly at all. And has put me off using them for my own business
