Everything tastes of incense, fizzy drinks are always flat. Make up prices when you get the till. Overcharge on just about everything.

Bought a pouch of sterling tobacco, it wasnt smokeable it was dry and definitely not what tobacco should look smell or feel like, I'm disgusted with this shop, I've been going here for months and never had an issue but I'm disgusted they are allowed to sell this.

Its a corner shop, has pretty much everything youd need and its just round the corner. Saves a drive to the supermarket if you run out of milk or toilet paper etc.

Have shopped there on occasion and have had mixed service. Today (at approx 14:35), my daughter was sold a milk product that, when she sat down at home to drink it, tasted rotten. When she looked it was MONTHS out of date. Such things happen, so I told her to walk back down to the store (14:40) for an exchange. The shopkeeper "Ash" refused saying that she bought it there but he doesn't sell out of date produce. She was very upset. I went to sort out the problem (14:45) and gave him the benefit of the doubt saying it was probably an oversight. He told the same story but elaborated that it had been bought over half an hour ago (untrue) and that she had probably been elsewhere and bought another (rotten) drink that she was trying to pass as being bought from his shop! I explained that this made absolutely no sense (we live two minutes from the store, so why if the milkshake bought from him was good would she then decide to go and buy another from a distant shop?) and that all she wanted was an exchange for her 1 milkshake. He insisted that he was being scammed and became increasingly rude. However, after I had pointed out that there is quite often out of date produce sold at the shop - he offered me another shake as "goodwill". He then said my daughter was not allowed to come back to his store! Amazing that a shopkeeper would make so much fuss over a lousy 1 milkshake! Ghastly service.
