        Today Good Friday the woman on the till certainly needs customer relations training before she is allowed on the till. No pleasantries whatsoever 56 pounds twenty, entire conversation ! Sort these staff out !!

        This is a good store but some of the staff really need some customer interaction training. Just basic manners and politeness - thats all. The chap driving the forklift in there this afternoon was something else - shouting at people to get out of his way and point-scoring when a customer said something to him; he was being deliberately inflammatory when all that was needed was to let the customer speak. Appalling way to deal with any customer in any type of store.
