        Main issue for me is appalling quality of phone service. I accept having to hold for a long time but to have to listen to the same message about being able to use an online chat service repeated every 7 secs is incredibly annoying. The message itself lasts 20 sec after holding for 20 mins I had heard the same message 40 times it really is guaranteed to wind you up. Virgin need to do better. PS - they have now refunded voucher, so have up weighted from 1 to 3 stars
