I had an absolutely terrible experience with Top Branch accountants, and I would strongly advise against using their services. Not only did they fail to respond to my emails and requests for assistance with filing my company accounts, but they also continued to take payments from my old bank account for an entire year after I repeatedly asked them on a monthly basis to change my direct debit details. Even after all of this, they are still requesting money from me despite not filing my company accounts or self assessment for the period quoted. Their level of service was severely lacking, and it is clear that they do not prioritise their clients' needs. I found myself doing the work I was paying them for, and even after that, they failed to provide me with the necessary documents for my self-assessment. It was a complete nightmare, and I cannot stress enough how much I would advise against using Top Branch. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and seem to care only about taking your money. Save yourself the headache and find another accountant who actually cares about their clients.

Top Branch took my money and sat on my accounts until they were late in spite of constant reminders from me. Reassuring words at each stage, but they did no work. I had to appoint another firm to sort out the mess.
