It just didn't do it for me. Being told to sit outside in the rain as we had a dog wasn't a good start for me in this plethora of otherwise dog friendly places. There were cute huts, but these were reserved or full. The gardens were lovely, the food was ok but expensive, staff were nice but didn't seem to be enough of them. Maybe a a bad day, or maybe not my cup of tea, but not for me.

Fantastic setting, friendly staff, very dog friendly, they have blankets you can borrow, treats for your fur babies, and loads of drinking bowls for every size dog with fresh drinking water from a spring. Only thing really is that the hot chocolate could have been a bit hotter. Parking: Right next to the cafe, plenty of space.
