Very friendly and knowledgeable hosts always willing to offer advice on other places to go to visit/eat. Comfortable clean rooms with all you need. Beautiful garden.
The only negative point I would make is that the water pressure is very low so the shower was not great. However, that is probably to be expected in an old property of this type.
Overall I would thoroughly recommend as the best place to stay if planning a trip to Alton Towers.

The hosts Terry & Carol are the most friendliest hosts you could meet, they will do anything they possibly can to make you welcome. The Swallows nest is a must. Alton towers is literally 5 minutes walk away so you can leave your car at the B&B.
This is our second time staying at Through Ivy House and we will definitely be back. Thank you Terry & Carol xx
