We had a day ticket to splash landings and followed up with a pre booked meal at the rollercoaster restaurant
All the staff were extremely friendly. From the check in people, bar staff, entertainment and restaurant staff. Everyone had a smile on their face!
I noticed people commenting on prices. The drinks were very reasonably priced. The meal at the restaurant was 50 for 2 adult meals, a childs meal and 2 drinks. Which as its not an everyday experience I think is not bad at all!
Overall fabulous experience!!

The lost star is purely for the lack of good food and the restaurant. A group of us went up for dinner and were told there was no room for us (most tables were empty!!) The lady then told us the only way we can get food is if we deliver room service. They wouldn't even allow us to eat our dinner on the tables outside the restaurant (F knows why!?) It was a beautiful day, not cold, not raining. Think she was just in a mood! So we went back to our lodge starving, ordered room service which said it would take up to 1 hour for our food to arrive. 1 hour and 40 minutes passed and I found myself walking around to the restaurant to find out where our food was and why it was taking so long! Bumped into the delivery man on the way around, he was lovely! Extremely apologetic and really kind about the whole situation. He walked me around to the manager so I could make them aware of the whole situation and the manager was kind of rude. At this point, it's just passed 9pm and I have a hungry and tired 4 year old, aswell as myself, hungry, pregnant and so tired!
Apart from the whole food situation though, this is a really beautiful place to stay. (There's pubs and restaurants in the local town to go to instead) The two people who came in to clean our room while we were at the theme park did an excellent job too! Thank you Abi & Nelly for respecting our belongings
Will definitely be using these lodges again! Thanks guys x
