The chicken burger wasnt worth the price. The bun was breaking apart and there was no sauce inside. The red sauce that comes with the chips was very good though. The service was pleasant but overall the food quality was over priced, playing on the fact that we also didnt have many options in the menu.

Absolute carnage. Tables hadn't been cleared, juice had ran out, the coffee machine was overflowing, the place was completely upside down. Food was nice as a silver lining although did need a few minutes wait as a lot of the breakfast buffet had ran out. The rest was quite an experience.

We came here for dinner a couple of days ago.The staff were so lovely and friendly despite being rushed off their feet at points. The food however, just like most other things in Alton towers, was overly expensive for a below average portion size and average taste,it couldnt compete against a good pub meal.

this wasnt a good experience, the food took an hour for the food to cook, we brought 2 10oz steak and that cost us 62.70 definitely not worth it, hardly any flavour the waiters were not doing anything but talking to each other behind the bar when we had been waiting 10 minutes for the bill after we asked for it. the prices are awfully high and none of the food is worth it, i could buy a 4.50 steak from my local shop and it would taste better with more flavour than the 31.35 one that they served us. it cost us 30 for 2 starter meals far too expensive and rude waitresses. in the end, it cost us 157 for 1 adult and 3 young children.

Food was overpriced, lack of variety and quality with the dishes. The drinks also were particularly poor quality and taste. It should and could be a really nice simple pub with decent food and drinks. Didnt really expect too much as resort food and drinks are well known to not be the best quality and we accept this, but the food and drinks throughout Alton Towers as a whole are a real let down, so this wasnt a surprise. Staff were polite and attentive though.
