        I called Hyco asking for technical help regarding a Accona Wall heater, Shannon answered and helped me, the heater was proved to be broken, and although a little out of warranty they sent a repalcement delivered the next day, well done and so good to have a company that offers a service, will defo use hyco as a company again.

        I cannot commend Hyco enough - their customer service is 2nd to none. Amy sorted a problem very efficiently and helped fix my dripping tap - I love the Solo Boiling Tap thank you so much.

        I've just installed a Zen Life boiling hot water tap and can't believe how good a device this is. Was easy to install, its compact and it works exactly how you'd want it to. 3 litres is it more than enough, it properly boils the water (some only go to 98 Deg) and uses aerogel as an insulator.. you should market this more aggressively. It's easy better than Quookers etc
