        Not accommodating at all... I have awaited a delivery of a parcel containing a part that I need for an installation as I am an engineer. I am mobile I will most likely never be in when they deliver. They have attempted to deliver 3 times and never called me or left with a neighbour just left a slip with no date/time/comment etc. Its now the day before I need the part so rock up at the depot and find they are not allowing collections due to covid. Even when wearing a mask etc. And that I will have to arrange re-delivery which will then make the part late. They may as well send the part back. EVEN ROYAL MAIL ARE ALLOWING COLLECTIONS WITH A MASK! And they are the most robust company of all Get real people make no wonder businesses may suffer you are suffocating yourselves by having ridiculous measures in place. Staff completely unwilling to help

        Have used for over 18month, Drivers are always on-time and helpful, and the rare moments there is an issue, the office staff are quick to get to the bottom of it. Very competativly priced for packages whose dimensions exceed 1.2m in any given length.
