Pony, Cob & Horse Saddles Ltd

Very poor service from start to finish. Waited weeks longer than informed then was told saddle had been made in brown instead of black! Told we could wait another 8 weeks for anew black one or take the brown. Or get a full refund. Took the brown, no monetary compensation offered only threw in some stirrup leathers. Had to buy new brown bridle etc. When we got the saddle it didnt fit and would never have fit our horse. Had an experienced saddle fitter examine the saddle and confirmed it would never have fit ( even after being made to measure) Explained all of this to the company who refused to offer a refund or any compensation. Paid over a 1000 and a saddle we have no use for. Would not recommend them at all. Avoid at all costs!!!

Avoid at all costs, not worthy of 1 star. Took the money, didnt receive the goods and damaged horse in the process. Disgrace to deal with, absolute cowboys. Wouldnt use them if they were the last saddle company on earth. 0 customer service, aggressive and selfish. ongoing legal battle.
