The Memory Knot Company

Sadly, due to coivd, we weren't able to go through with our wedding as planned so my experience with The Memory Knot (and their sister company) is entirely from the planning phase however, it was positive enough for me to feel it was worth leaving a comment. I love in Canada but our wedding was scheduled to be at Armathwaite Hall, had found The Memory Knot online and reached out via email. One of the owners, Jaimie, set up a phone call (understanding our time difference) through whatsapp. My (now) husband and I were so excited to work with Jaimie - she was personable, friendly, organized and thorough. She got us set up with galleries of options, walked us through the whole event to understand what we needed and what could be 'extra decoration', if we wanted. Jaimie took time to understand our vision for the wedding and make perfect suggestions of whay we needed and what we didnt! When we figured out what we wanted, they sent us detailed plans, quotes and made us feel supported throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, covid restrictions meant we , and our guests, couldn't get to England, so we had to entirely change our plans - however next time we throw an event in England, I would definitely partner with Jaimie and her team again! In all the chaos that was planning a wedding in 2020, I was (and am) so grateful for our fun, positive and inspiring experience with Jaimie.

Memory Knot provided us with table decorations, an LED backdrop to the dancefloor area and a garland that went up many flights of stairs. We changed our minds a few times and had a few late additions but everything was done perfectly.

Andrew and Jaimie were amazing from start to finish. Clear website, spoke on the phone, then visited there premises where we were shown layout and finish. Saved us money by advising we don't need some things. Set up at venue on the morning and it looked stunning. I can't recommend these guys enough. Look no further than The Memory Knot.

No words can really describe how thankful we are to The Memory Knot Company for making our wedding so beautiful. They stuck with us through two postponements, a lot of mind changing and put up with my endless questions that often didn't make any sense I could not believe my eyes when I saw how beautifully decorated our wedding was. Not only did they do an amazing job they were so supportive and we've had lots of laughs along the way. Thank you Jaimie and Andrew. Couldn't recommend you highly enough xxx
