Absolutely amazing service. I contacted Urban Horse for some help purchasing hoof boots, they replied really quickly and couldn't have been more helpful with measuring and brand guidance. Ordered a hoof fit kit at their recommendation which was really useful, sent videos of our horse trying the various shells to them and purchased the size boot recommended. Cannot wait to get our boy out on the roads again. Thanks so much x

My newly-barefoot Irish sports horse was finding hard surfaces difficult so I had to admit that he needed boots, at this stage. Urban Horse were absolutely fabulous in their (very patient!) advice to take me through finding and fitting suitable protection for him. Absolutely fabulous team. My horse had colic surgery and after the hospital removed his shoes, when he came home his feet went downhill. Not important at the time as the saved his life!! However, when we wanted to start riding again the farrier couldn't get shoes on him - despite my efforts rasping his feet whenever bits broke off... arrrrgghh. I have tried boots before but never liked them. We need to allow his feet to grow....Urbanhorse helped me with it all - from recommending which boots might be best for him to helping me with measuring (photos/videos) and they responded promptly/the same day. The shells for checking the fit arrived within 2 days and the boots arrived within 2 days of ordering too. Timely responses to everything and they gave me excellent advice. I rode him out on the roads for 20 minutes yesterday - only possible because of the boots. Hugs to Urbanhorse.. thanks guys!.

Carolyn and Svava at Urban Horse have been incredibly helpful in advising me about suitable boots for my ponies - very patient with my photos and videos, and very clear about what I should do and why. The fit kit option from Urban Horse (at a net cost of 10 plus postage) is extremely useful, and the boots I have chosen, with their help, have now arrived, super-promptly. Thank you so much!

The sales team were patient helpful and understanding, the next day delivery option was delivered first thing and inexpensive. They will be my go too supplier for items in the future and you actually get to talk to an adviser.
