The vets at Alsager are excellent. They take the time to listen to me explain my pet's symptoms and we agree a treatment plan.

We made a call regarding our Sprocker who had taken a bit of turn. The receptionist called back within 10 minutes of our call. Once there, again the receptionists and staff were really lovely and welcoming. We saw Abi the Vet (blonde lady). Who was very patient with our dog who was distressed . Even though he was in pain she was very gentle and he didn't mind the examination , tail wagging all the time. She was exceptionally informative and went through every possible way to make him comfortable as well as putting us worried owners at ease. So Many Thanks for accomdating us at short notice.

our cats are always in good hands when we take them to the vets we feel that there welfare is paramount we always have an appointment thats is convenient to us and a text is sent to us when we need to have any boosters etc nice waiting area for cats and dogs
