If I give them 0 star I would. The lady at customer service dealing with posts has clearly no manners for customer service. I have no idea why she's having her job despite so many complains about her. First I check other reviews that may be my experience was different but no she is rude to everyone there. She over charge me twice, I have to pay double for no reason. I don't think so I will ever go there. Will go to other post office bit far, that will be convenient I guess.

Tried to go and claim my fuel allowance voucher, because I am in a really bad fuel poverty situation. I spoke to the lady everyone has complained about. First she tried to make me have a prepaid card, we don't use them. She was trying to avoid giving me cash though the letter clearly stated it. Then I handed over my bank statement as ID, which is one of the valid ID options written on that letter. That wasn't good enough for her, so I have her my driving license, that wasn't good enough as it still has my old address on it. Presumably if I'd handed over my passport, which has no address on it, that would have been fine. She clearly just didn't want to give out any money from her till, which considering the current cost of living crisis is morally disgusting!
