Apparently they had called earlier in the month to cancel the appointment due to staff leaving. We were not called. Turned up and then turned away asking if we wanted to rearrange for june in 2 months! Thanks Groom room, great customers service..

Got a call and they cancelled our appointment the day before grooming after waiting for a month. Next appointment in another month. Then I saw availability online for the same day. What a joke :( They also told me they would call if they had cancellations. They did not and I was told it's because they had no cancellations. Then on their Facebook there has been cancellation posts! Seriously what is going on??

Went for a walk-in nail clipping. The staff were very nice and obviously caring for our nervous, blind dog.
