        Disgusting service, wrong prescription. Then they wouldnt refund the money for far overpriced and incorrect glasses. Then lied to and told refund had been done but this wasnt true. I have had to sort the refund myself which was simple with head office but apparently not possible in store. Rude staff member with clear lack of experience. Then charged for incorrect lenses after being told. Overall shocking service and I will not be returning and definitely wouldnt recommend. Go vision express much better service and 300 saved.

        prescription I was issued was incorrect. what is the point of an eye test if it isn't right??? don't recommend.
