        I have been attending this Tuesday SW group (5.30pm) for 3 years. The first time I walked through the doors there was no need to feel nervous as I was greeted by our fantastic Consultant, Linsey as well as smiling faces from the group. We all help each other out when we have bad weeks and encourage each other through the better weeks. We share lots of recipe ideas that we have done ourselves at home. We are all there for the same reason and that is to get slimmer whilst eating lots of healthy and we also have a good laugh in the group and it isn't just Ladies that attend! I love attending this group every week and have made some good friends as a result of this. I highly recommend Linsey as a Consultant and would encourage anyone to walk through those doors and start your journey like we all have.
