We used samuel makepeace estate agent as we had seen they had so many sold boards about in our area, they were brilliant to deal with and made the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in and around the cheshire border. We found some of the other estate agents too expensive and hard to contact in comparison to samuel makepeace alsager whom it seemed nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service and support a real professional outfit

I am really pleased with the service provided by Samuel Makepeace in getting my house sale finally across the line. This had fallen through twice with another local agent for no logical reason. Niamh ensured that my sale was handled carefully from the start. Despite delays by the other side's solicitors, she remained positive and kept me informed and calm throughout.
