        Genuinely cant say a bad thing about this gym. All the instructors are so welcoming and encouraging they will push you to your limits that you didnt even know you had. They believe in everyone that steps through the door and really give you the confidence to achieve what you want. I have found my forever gym in Ground Zero.

        Ground zero gym is friendly and welcoming. I have been using this gym for over 3 years and love the variety of classes. All the coaches bring something different to each class. My favourite classes are circuit, body-blast and Ab and spinning. Would highly recommend it as affordable and a bonus its open 24hrs..
