        First experience of a massage so was unsure of what to expect but it was a really great experience. Bronwen was excellent and put me at ease immediately. The massage itself was fantastic and will definitely be going back. Definitely recommended.

        The massage very relaxing so much so I nearly fell asleep. Bronwen was attentive to any muscular niggles , and I was given particular advice regarding nutrients that aid the muscles . During the massage an emotion came up for me . (The body holds emotion s in the muscles and organs ) So with this understanding in mind i found this a positive experience in the respect that it was an emotion that my body made me aware of and it is something that I will need to give more thought and consideration to for my own personal wellbeing. Afterwards I felt a good vibe for the day with feelings of rejuvenation. I could recommend Bronwen .
