Fantastic couldn't ask for a better restaurant lovely staff, great atmosphere and the food is exquisite. Kid-friendliness: These guys go out of the way to make kids welcome and happy, if your child doesn't like the sound of the menu ask the staff they can usually make something that works.

Just back from our first visit and it did not go how we expected. Our initial waiter seemed uninterested and quite put out when we asked for a highchair for our 16month old. We felt unwelcome being a family with two small children even though it was 5pm on a Saturday. We didn't realise how bad the service was until we saw couples arriving and were seated very differently... Offering to take their jackets, explaining the specials menu in detail etc. A very different experience for them. Whether they realised we had been poorly treated or simply wanted rid of us quickly but the more senior lady (not sure if she was an owner or manager etc) was a little more engaging and brought out the customary limoncello (even though we were not drinking, my wife needed this after this experience). We decided not to complain at the time as their were other diners and we didn't want to upset our children. The food. Our boys shared margherita pizza which was OK, perhaps a little undercooked in places. I had the rustica pizza, was OK, have had much better. My wife the calzone bolognese which was far too salty for her. So unfortunately for us not a great experience and won't be coming back (but maybe that was the aim for a young family?)

Myself and my parents ate here this evening. It was lovely! The recommended wine was delicious, as were all of our courses. My dad said the calzone was the best hes ever tasted. Thank you for a delicious meal and very friendly and attentive service :)

Excellent professional service, lovely food, a good place to visit. Nantwich is lovely too! Visited again tonight, I had two of the daily specials, the salmon cheesecake starter and the prawn, mussel and smoked fish pancakes with a beautiful cheese sauce, both were lovely. My companions enjoyed their food too. Very busy, buzzing atmosphere and as always professional service, thank you. Parking: Tonight the small car park nearest to Romazzino's was full, as was the next nearest so we needed to park in the street quite a walk to the restaurant. Apparently there are a few new restaurant, cafe and bar type venues that have opened recently in Alsager which may be the reason for the lack of parking spaces.
