        Our Sales person for our first-time home purchase was Martyn James, though we also dealt with Assistant Site Manager Daz and a number of other members of the team on site. I can honestly say that from Day 1, every single person at Barratt have been exceptional so helpful, welcoming, attentive and responsive. We had regular updates throughout the entire build process and all of our questions were answered (we had a lot!) without any trouble, no matter how small. A huge thank you to Martyn, Daz and the team 5 stars and a 100% recommendation from us!

        We are currently in the process of purchasing a house, and from day 1 Martyn James has been exceptional. Super friendly & helpful dealing with any queries along the way. You often hear horror stories about the house purchase process but in all honesty, the house buying process couldnt have been any more seamless with Barratts and communication from Martyn. 5/5 and 100% recommend to anyone thinking of buying with Barratts!
