Had a small bathroom window replaced. I found The Window Repair Centre to be excellent and good value. They communicated at each stage the fitters were friendly, polite and very professional and would definitely recommend

Not sure if the Crewe branch is correct, and the repair was carried out fine (hence the extra star), but I just find it inconceivable that one new handle mechanism fitted to our bathroom window cost 200, for a company that purports to charge 28 all in to replace a cloudy glass pane. When they quoted, they said the whole glass needed to be taken out. Judging by the 15 minutes the repair took, it was clearly an easy job for them. And clearly easy money. We must have mug written on our foreheads. Oh well, live and learn and all that. We've used this company before but don't intend to use or recommend this company again.

This company refuse to give an installation date for replacing misted panels. It is over three months since I signed the very one sided purchase agreement: They are allowed to cancel (without any reason) but the customer can't without the risk of incurring a massive cancellation fee. Polite phone calls requesting an installation date (provable by recordings) are just ignored. Even though I've quoted the Purchase order number: AB 10225 on each occasion. I wish someone had given me the warning that I am giving - before I had signed the agreement - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you choose to ignore that warning DO NOT waive your right to cancel within 14 days when requesting your order is treated as URGENT. This is only a request from you - not an undertaking from them that the request will be granted.(As they've more than proved)
