amazing service at this practice, can always get an appointment and the doctors are always very caring and understanding. I even had a later appointment (7pm) which is perfect for people who work during the day.

We have been patients at this practice for over 20 years. During this time we have seen many doctors and health care professionals. All those we have seen and the hard working admin staff are a total credit to this practice. We have found that this practise is consistently patient focussed, absolutely nothing is too much trouble. We have found that all the staff go the extra mile to help, support, reassure and treat patients. We have found Dr Rhys to be absolutely outstanding in our dealings with him. We are so very grateful to all those at Merepark GP practice. We wanted to share these things publicly and say Thank You for the excellent professional care you support you provide.

Dr Rhys is outstanding as a GP. We have been patients at this practice for over two decades. During that time, we have obviously seen several GPs, many nurses, healthcare assistants and receptionists. This GP practice has consistently given second-to-none patient care to our family and throughout even the pandemic . . . this practice has given EXCELLENT service to its patients. We are extremely lucky and are thankful for each member of the team. This does not mean that the practice is 'perfect' - because it is made up of individuals. Each individual is responsible for their professionalism. I want to say, publicly - THANK YOU for your excellence, professionalism, care, and help as a GP practice.
