Shocking! Got told I was struck off fir missing one appointment (even though I didnt get a reminder) then get an email to book an appointment a year after being told I was struck off. Rang to ask why got told it was there mistake no apology nothing!!

Removed from patient records without any notification, as I did not attend an appointment in 2018. Very abrupt reception staff, reluctant to let me speak to practice manager.

Struck off their register with out any notice but yet still send me emails to book an appointment.. From reading the last few reviews its obvious as to when Colin retired. Poorly managed by people that need to step down from their high horses, you should be ashamed with how many local patients youve struck off and the manner in which youve gone about it!

Tried to book a appointment to replace a previous filling that had fallen out only to be told I was no longer on their books as I had not booked a checkup with them every 6 months. I was not sent any reminders.

Absolutely awful practice. I have just tried to book an appointment for my son and they say he is no longer a patient because he hasn't been - thankfully we have found a wonderful new dentist. Several years ago I lost a tooth because of the delays in treatment and cancelled appointments but they deny cancelling apppointments as their records only go back to 2014. Emergency dentist in Nantwich said he was disgusted that my treatment had been delayed which caused an abscess. I should have taken it further but felt sorry for the dentist so didn't proceed.
