OK BUT A FEW ISSUES WITH THEIR PRODUCTS THE BABIES HAND WASH HAS ISSUES WITH THE PUMP IT WORKSBUT THEN AFTER A WHILE YOUI HAVE TO MANUALLY BRING THE PUMP UP TO PUCH DOWN AGAIN SO REALLY NOT GREAT UNFORTUNATELY HAVING TO ORDER AS I CANNOT FIND ANOTHER SIMPLE ONE AND DAUGHTER LIKES IT SECONDLY ORDERED THEIR PINK CLAY MASK , DID NOT DO ANYTHING AND LEFT SKIN DULL TRIED IT ONCE AND DIDNT BOTHER TO CALL TO EXPLAIN THEY DO HAVE SOME WORK THEY NEED TO DO ON THEIR PRODUCTS AND PACKAGIING

Got the night cream and it has essential oils which stung and burned my skin and body sores till this day has not gone threw it away bad ingredients and drying and damage ingredients

I was made aware of Handmade Naturals by a friend who is a fan of their products, so I thought it would be a nice idea to send her some as a gift due to sickness and take advantage of my 'new customer / referral from friend' offer of 25% off. The order was processed however, the following day they cancelled without warning claiming I had breached the Ts and Cs because the products are for an existing customer (delivery address) and not for me personally (billing address). They proceeded to send me (as proof I suspect) an entire list of my friend's previous orders, which is surely against GDP, no? It was rather personal and unnecessary. So, after asking to have a phone call with the Owner, in hope of clearing up this obvious mistake, and explain that its a gift, and I am genuinely a new customer, I received a call from Alan, the Public Relation Manager' and MD called who claimed that too many people are taking advantage of their goodwill and the spirit of the offer as per the T's and C's. I explained that whether I choose to keep my purchased products or give them away as gifts, to a charity or to whoever, is ultimately my consumer right. We are protected by Consumer Protection and Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (below). He then proceeded to concur with me ungraciously regarding losing my custom and began to list the reasons for not needing my custom - Great bit of PR there, Alan. Consumers are protected from unfair trading as states below.... A ban on misleading and aggressive practices which are assessed in light of the effect they have, or are likely to have, on the average consumer The 'blacklist' of commercial practices which will always be unfair and so are banned outright What is unfair? Under the Regulations, a commercial practice is 'unfair' if it fits both of the following requirements: It falls below the good-faith standards of skill and care that a trader in that industry would be expected to exercise towards customers, and It affects, or is likely to affect, consumers' ability to make an informed decision about whether to purchase a particular product A trader will be committing an offence under the Regulations if he knowingly or recklessly engages in an 'unfair' practice. I will personally not be using this company again as they have no integrity when it comes to trading and customer services. I do hope this is not met with the same discourteous response I also have the right to review.
