        I've been a regular customer here for over a year. I've had to cancel my appointment last minute today as I have contracted tonsillitis and have been up all night with fever and chills. I called to leave a voicemail and then phoned to ensure the message was received. I re-booked my appointment and was told I would have to pay 50% extra because of the late cancellation. As a family run business and a loyal customer I would have assumed some flexibility and kindness would be applied here. Apparently not. I will be finding somewhere else to have my treatments in the future which is such a shame as I really enjoyed coming here.

        I was looked after by Sheryl. She did my wedding nails with exactly what I had in mind. I would highly recommend getting your nails done at the place. Will definitely be returning in the future
