        Phoned a couple of times and left a message, and also sent a text message as his answer phone requests and no reply or even an acknowledgement. Very poor.

        As requested on the answerphone, I sent this establishment a text message describing the problem with my car. Nearly a fortnight later I have not received a reply. At the very least I would expect an acknowledgement of my original text.
