Milk products, bread products and other products we ever had usually went mouldy after a day or 2 even when expiry dates would have shown they could last longer.

A plethora of excellent produce at cheap prices, and friendly, patient, helpful staff who offer to help with packing bags if - like me - you have mobility issues. The only minor downside is that the three aisles aren't especially wide, so expect to have to get a bit too close to other customers in order to navigate the store. Other than that, a lovely shopping experience in a very useful village shop.
