        With the exception of one rep (regional based out of Nuneaton, can't recall her name to be able to reference it), of the three site reps I've met they seemed very poor reps generally. Can't believe how difficult it is to want to buy a 500k property from this development. Can't reach them by phone, as calls simply dial-out. No possibility to leave a voicemail. Marketing suite closed for periods over the weekend, busiest time for prospective buyers. No answers to questions i.e. when will houses be built and completed for? No real interest in wanting to actually sell houses to customers in proceedable positions. I decided to increase my budget and buy from a development a few miles away, far better customer experience from reps that know how to sell. Very disappointing.
