Had a freelander of these, few issues but soon booked, in for repair and went above and beyond by ensuring it all get sorted and taking a car down from sale they had to lend me while mine in for repair. Great people that run this garage Shout to - Milan in the office, As he been excellent and gone above and beyond. Repairs just take a lot longer then told, Car was booked in Monday for a new clutch to go, on the ramp Tuesday, didn't get on the ramp until Thursday, got told it will be done Saturday, person working on it, is now off ill and won't be done until Monday afternoon possibly if not Tuesday. The repair should of been a 5 hour repair and done within a day and half Thanks all Will use again if ever part ex my part 100%

AVOID! AVOID! I would give 0 if possible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDSTER. They sell cars full of faults! Two months ago, I bought Honda CR-V 4WD from this trader. On the next day, I had an engine light come up, and illumination buttons stopped working at all I decided to take a car for a healthy check to an independent garage, and they told me that someone disassembled rear drive propshaft!! So my car was just two wheels drive instead of four weels drive !! Also, the car had some other issues. when I called Kingsbromley, they said is it impossible as the car had a fresh MOT and there was no advisory, so they thinking that I took away the shaft or someone whos made an inspection for me!. After consultation with Citizen Advice, i sent them letter to inform that I have 14 days to return the car by the law. answer from them was : We can take the car back , but we will repair all issues stated on statment, and we will put all repair cost on you. The only one my fault was that I did not read reviews about this trader before I decided to buy the car from them!!!

Went to view a car i found on auto trader that they were selling, put a deposit down to hold the car went up and it just wasn't for me. ( deposit was refunded in full) staff are very friendly, They know everything off the top of there heads regarding stats and specs of the cars. I would 100% go back if something more suited to myself comes up. highly recommend going and giving them a visit if your local and looking. Great cars, friendly staff and all cars on site are spotless.

Don't buy from here. They sell cars full of faults. I went back with diagnostic reports of the repairs needed and they insisted on the car being working fine... Get at least a mechanic and Ecu diagnostic check before buying.
