Had a phone call when I was in Turkey to say that my windows would be fitted on the Friday. I was told they would be there at 8 oclock they turned up at 7:45 which is fine, (I hate anyone being late) they introduce themselves as Ben and Dave, from start to finish I was more than happy with the service they cleaned up as they went, they told me that the windows would come out and that they would put all the new ones in after they remove the existing ones. They were courteous at all times, I have a small dog that I did put on the lead in case he went walkies out the open front door, they were fine with him being in the room as he likes to watch everything. I have no issues whatsoever I think everybody should offer any type of workmen a drink especially coffee or tea and be kind, I dont understand why some customers dont treat workmen with respect that they deserve, so from my experience I am extremely happy Ive paid whats owed and they look amazing. I was told that the taffeta window in the bathroom should be a little bit thicker and that most people dont have that style so that made me decide to have that one as I like to be different. The window in my bathroom look amazing as I had wooden ones before, easy to lock I was shown if I wanna clean the windows youve got two little press buttons so you open the window you press this little silver lock and the window reverts to a side window so you can get into the back of the window where previously I couldnt, you can leave the windows locked slightly opened Im really glad I chose his company after quite a few of me trawling the Internet and asking for advice I met a lovely lady called Nikki, we both had an operation on our hands and got talking and she said worked for a window company, Dave came out to assess my windows and I had met him previously in the furniture company where I work, I felt at ease at all times confident that they would do the job properly and now Im looking to enjoy my new windows so thank you for Nikki for meeting me at the hospital, thank you for Dave for coming out and assessing the job, and giving me a fair price and thank you to the two fitters Dave and Ben Im extremely happy at this moment and Im glad to say Im writing this review as I promised I would thank you again xx Services: Window installation, General window replacement, General door installation
