Terrible gardening. Accidentally ruined our whole lawn with weed killer that was spilled on their lawn mower. Havent rectified the issue, my lawn is totally destroyed for the summer. Theyre very unreliable. Send different people and charge day rates so arent accountable for that gets done. On another day they smashed a patio door window and didnt arrange repair! Avoid at all costs. All sales and no idea.

Terrible experience with this company: I have contract for lawn mow & garden maintenance for twice monthly visit. Even during winter period when basically everything stops growing, Gareth convinced me to still keep the regular visit so they could do other necessary works for the busy period. I agree only for them to recently terminate the regular visit when it is time for the peak season and when I need gardener the most. How unreliable they are.. The funniest reason they give is and I quote "The business has grown considerably over the last few months, and we have had to make tough decisions...". What is the logic here? Yes, it is now busy time for gardeners but it is so terrible to terminate contract of old customers who pay promptly and stay loyal with them even during the quiet business time. I would very much expect the loyal customers would be prioritized for the busy gardening season over getting new gardens??? Definitely not a good reliable source for long term business. Be prepared to get a bomb thrown at you and left with no gardener when you need it most. They are a joke.... UPDATE for reply of Blowers & Mowers: firstly, I still have reply from Gareth Hood on 08/09/2021 quoted " As requested I will do the visits on a fortnightly basis starting from the 28th. We will start this year with just cutting the lawn." and "So as you will be a regular customer we will invoice you once for the visits you have had (we do this at the end of the month) rather than after each visit". If all these do not reflect a regular garden maintenance service agreement, I don't know what would????? I have left thousands of reviews, mostly positive for businesses (Google, TripAdvisor, Amazon...) and I always honor my reviews. You could say whatever you wish but still your words reflect one simple truth - no regard or having professional attitude of honoring long term business agreement at all. Cowboy builder attitude when you say to end agreement whenever you wish in the times your customers need you most. YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE

From the quote we received from Gareth to completion of our decking by Alex and the team (Charlie, Jack and Stu) these guys were utterly professional, punctual and exceptionally hard working. Add to that the quality of their work and you have an extremely happy customer whose decking looks fantastic. The job took two weeks and involved complete removal of the old tiered decking and struts to installation of new struts and composite boards. Alex and Charlie were continually asking if we were happy on a daily basis with everything they were doing and if we had any questions. They were all friendly and polite and I could not possibly recommend them enough to anybody thinking about using their services as I certainly will in the future. Thanks again fellas, we'll be thinking of you all when the weather warms up and we're having a few beers in the garden. Cheers.
