Upon phoning to complain about a very near miss, when a driver pulled out on me, causing me to break hard and swerve out of the way, on a main road as he was cutting across traffic. I was answered by a very rude man whose only response was; "well, what do you want me to do about it?"
I explained the driver had nearly caused a major incident on a main road (Elmstead Road, Colchester) to which he said "I only have your word, so I will ask him for his version, anyway, he probably didn't see you"
I said not good enough, to which he replied "don't bother complaining then" and he hung up.
This is not what I would expect from a Coach company who has our lives in their hands..........
