We visited Christmas 2021. The little village is well away from the hustle and bustle of any major town or city . The Green wagon was cosy with a homely Woodburner and a good supply of wood and a lthough we didn't see badgers (the muntjac ate all the peanuts) we did see kestrels and deer and the tranquility was sublime.

A fabulous rural location.....the railway carriage is perfectly situated with open countryside in front of you.....sit out on the decking and watch the wildlife and listen to the birds sing.....we watched the deer...fox..rabbits..pheasants but the evening was best with owls....bats and badgers..this is a must if you like to get away from it all......perfect

We stayed in the Maroon wagon & loved it, it was the perfect base for our nearby wedding. The wagon was cozy & warm where we saw loads of wildlife. We introduced ourselves to the horses & met a lovely black cat as we were leaving. We already looking for a reason to come back.
