        Very overcrowded and bad facilities. Also its a scam as when you sign up for a monthly membership they wont let you leave until youve completed 12 payments. And they dont mention this when you sign the contract. However the coaches are very good. Its just too overcrowded and very unethical how they dont let you cancel

        If you want rocky style spit and saw dust proper with real fighters and real trainers this is your gym ,if you want hair straighteners and air conditioned changing room then maybe not...

        Its good for begginer practitioners, for someone advanced I'd suggest to look for another gym , there isn't much space to work on your own things , it's a small gym and not alot of equipment, also it's packed with people , place does smell but you get use to it .
