        I have used this firm before but the pandemic made things much harder and I got bitten by a cowboy so I was pleased to be able to return to ACI. For an older laptop, the hard drive had become faulty and I needed an SDD plus reinstallation of Windows 7 (particular software doesn't work on later versions). Well, they did a lovely job and I'm very pleased.
