WEMBLEY MOTORS Peugeot

I rarely write reviews, but this time I feel I have to. They have been wonderful. I had a serious engine fault, but no other Peugeot dealer in London would give me an appointment for many weeks. Wembley Motors were fully booked too, but understood the emergency and gave me an appointment for the following morning. They identified the fault (which required the replacement of the engine block), ordered the parts, and proceeded with the repair as quickly as they possibly could. Throughout the process, they kept me informed at every step. I couldn't imagine a more professional dealer. If I didn't live an hour and a half away, this would definitely be my Peugeot dealer of choice. Ah, and they gave me back the car as clean as new.

We had an issue with our car and Rajni was able to fit us in immediately. Ranji kept us up to date with the progress of our vehicle until fixed. Throughout the process he gave exceptional customer service. We felt valued as a customer and will definitely be going back to Wembley Motors for future services and MOTs.

We normally don't do reviews however these guys need to be recognized. The service we received was truly fabulous from the moment we left the car to the moment we collected. In fairness the way Peugeot garages have dealt with us in the past I would not buy again however Wembley motors restored that faith with the service they provide. It feels like we took the vehicle to someone that listens and wants to help. Some of the reasons for my recommendation below; Vehicle Booked in fast Problem diagnosed correctly and tackled the route cause rather than quick fix. Updated fully while the repair was carried out. Happy to service the customers needs rather than seeing the customer as a problem. Vehicle returned fully repaired - fully cleaned just like it was new. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I would like to thank them and if I ever had an issue this is the only place I would go now.

So happy with my repair after using a dealership and being very unsatisfied. Rajni and his crew are Very customer focused, knowledgeable and understand what customers need. My 3008 is in very good hands. Georgette
