Sports Injuries Specialist - Osteopath

I went to Zahir with my 3 weeks LO. My LO was unsettled and was difficult to put him down for a sleep during the day, and he's been crying a lot . After first session I saw improvement and my LO start to sleep more than 2 hours during the day and night, he didn't cry so much for no reasonand he became more settled. I would strongly recommend this amazing osteopath. I am more than satisfied about the results.

I honestly cannot recommend Zahir enough. Highly knowledgable, excellent service, and of course, best of all, he is able to sort all injuries. Truly magic. I have had a few sports related injuries (spinal, lower back, legs, shoulders), at the time the injuries have always felt incurable, but Zahir has managed to sort them out and has fixed me every time.

I feel epic after my treatment . Really professional clean and respectable . My lower back is feeling so much better after just one treatment and I have 5 more to go. Zahir knows what hes doing and really pin pointed a few things without me even knowing and worked on them . The adjustments where awesome and it felt good feeling relieved after such a long time. Thank you so much you deserve a lot more then 5 star . I will be recommending you to anyone who asks

After just ONE SESSION with Zahir I had my first full night sleep in months, PAIN FREE. I cannot express how amazing that what was. I went to see him for what I thought was a trapped nerve, turned out I had a few things that needed attention, which he worked on, along with giving me exercises to help and keep me aligned. I honestly cannot recommend Zahir enough.
