I had a LVL lash lift treatment for the first time and i absolutely love it. It gives your natural lashes a lift even without mascara. I made an appointment for a facial weeks in advance as they were booked up . I received a text a couple of days prior to my booking time, asking if I can go to their Harrow branch instead of the Wembley one my appointment was at...ok that was fine . Then on the day of the appointment, I take a half day holiday from work, very much looking forward to my treat,and as I'm making my way to 19 Dukes Ave branch ,I get a text an hour before saying my appointment has been cancelled as the therapist has a cold and needs to rest!!! I understand people get sick, but they should have been professional and called me in the morning or day before- not when I'm on my way- colds don't appear all of a sudden . I've just tried to call for a full explanation and to reschedule as I have a prepaid voucher, and she's not answering!!! Very very very un professional and unreliable!!!! Avoid this place .

If It was possible to give Minus 5 stars, I would give. This lady is a proper joke. I bought a voucher from groupon. She redeemed my voucher the time that I booked the appointment. The day of the appointment she didnt appear saying that she had a Car accident. She booked me for another date but she didn't appear again. Her neighbours told me she is on holiday. I called her but no answer. When she finally answered she told me that we didn't have any appointment. She was very rude and arrogant. She was talking like she does not need customers from groupon and that she has plenty of customers that begging her for appointments. When I asked for a refund she agreed only if I wouldn't defame her and review her. Of couse that was impossible. I sent all the screenshots of our chat to groupon and I was refunded with 20 pounds extra. This kind of clinics need to be shut down.
