I've been a patient at the Watford Road branch for over a year and I can only praise the service this surgery provides. The registration was easy, there are great doctors, and Carla the receptionist is a gem! She always goes out of her way to listen, explain things and sort out whatever query I have. Sometimes when I phone for an appointment in the morning I need to wait quite a while, but I never had a problem with booking an appointment, or at least a phone consultation so I can speak to a GP. Thank you!

Absolutely poor service, irresponsible stuff they do not even have the manners to speak to you nicely as a human , not welling to let you even end your conversation knowing no one want to call them to hear their voice but obviously we in need to !!!! Its a whole week I am running around to get a prescription which has been issued on Friday morning but no one was bothered to sign and sent it off not even thinking that the patient is in pain or have difficulty breathing lets help before the weekend as it is only a singing ! I am ulterly disgusted right now ! The receptionist on duty on Monday 16/01/23 at 17:00 no manners no understanding extremely rude ! Its sad that in NHS rude people like this gets employed right now they have really mentally disturbed me , I feel it for patients who got mental issues already and had to come accross them !!!!
