Ordered a replace wing mirror but the plastic fitting on my car model was slightly different so didn't attached properly. Called back to explain the issue and they asked me to send in my broken mirror and they'd sort it. A few days later, I received my original mirror fitting with new glass installed, all at no extra cost! Amazing company/service - thank you Jay for sorting this with no fuss. Brilliant :)

Avoid. They don't reply to emails when there's a problem. I received a broken part but haven't had a response to any of my emails for weeks.

Brought a replacement mirror couple of weeks ago. Glass delaminated off the backing plate within a day. No response to my email or their online form

Good quality product. Clipped on easily to the existing back plate. Very pleased. Loses one star for lack of communication via email but otherwise excellent.

Wow a great service great quality and great price Mrs Patel was absolutely magnificent in helping get the correct mirror I will be using many times again I'd have given 7 stars
