        Our dog broke a claw while on holiday near Alnwick and was limping badly. They gave us an appointment at very short notice and sorted her claw out in no time. Very friendly service and very reasonable prices. Parking on site also

        Unfortunately we had to visit as an emergency on Sunday morning. We are on holiday and Adam couldnt have been more brilliant with our young Springer. We phoned him on the Sunday afternoon as we were still worried and he put our minds at rest with the reassurance that he was on duty all night if we were still concerned. He then phoned us early on Monday morning for an update and luckily we were able to tell him that she had greatly improved! Talk about a service that goes above and beyond! I would give a million stars if I could! Forgot to say that he lent us a lovely warm blanket to wrap her in and the bill was very reasonable!
